Welcome!

  I've renamed this blog 'The Refinement of Rachel' because I am always changing (for the better) and this blog is that journey!

 This blog has been around since 2009 and I've never had a consistant 'theme'.  Like my life, this blog is a "work in progress".


     I'm a single girl, according to my tax return, but I do have a loving man in my life and a future in my mind.  I literally fall asleep dreaming of what my life will be like with this guy.  Why am I dreaming?  Because we don't live in the same town!

    

    I'm in Dallas 30 minutes away from my family while he's in a small town out in West Texas.  That's 6 hours by car and almost 400 miles one way.

    While I try to figure out how to get out to West Texas I'm using this blog as a reflection of my thoughts and dreams.   I publish this blog similiar to how I run my life: it's all over the place!
